D. and Jessie Eby - Our Love One" - Research Note: Her death certificate reads that her parents were John Eby, born Sherman, IL, and Jessie Allen, born Champaign, IL. Scarlet fever was the cause of death. It reads that she was born in 1914 and not 1913 as the stone reads. She was age 4 years, 6 months and 21 days old. Enlow, age 28, married Jennie Wheeler, age 15 on May 22, 1894 in Lawrence Co., MO. George F. Ethridge, guardian of Jennie Wheeler, gave consent. Still married in the 1900 Census, Newtonia, Newton Co., MO with son Robert E. Enlow, age 4. 1910 Census, Capps Creek, Barry Co., MO, married to Eliza V., age 28, with son Robert E. - Robert's death certificate names his parents as Lewis Enlow and Virginia Wheeler. - Cassville Republican, Barry Co., MO, Thursday, Feb. 8, 1894 - One Mr. Enlow of near Pioneer, while passing Elijah Burnett's, below Washburn, last week, looked with covetous eyes upon a pair of old single trees, worth perhaps a quarter and could not resist the temptation to take them with him. He was seen in the act, however, and it cost him just $16.20, and he didn't get the single trees after all. - August 18, 1910, Thursday, Cassville Republican - Lewis Enlow was found guilty of slander in Squire Lambertson's court in Capps Creek township last week and fined $1.00. - November 10, 1917, Saturday, Cassville Democrat - Lewis and Chas. Enlow, who were convicted in Newton County circuit court for grand larceny and sent to the pen for two years, have been paroled. Death Certificate

[They spelled it Feamster instead of Seamster] He was married one time, and a retired farmer. It gives his usual address as Rocky Comfort, McDonald Co., MO, and the place of burial as Rocky Comfort.
