Dear Bro. - I am at J. G.'s in Cook county. This part of the Texas comes up to my idea of Texas this is the nicest country I ever saw in my life- but land is high in J. G.'s neigborhood- there is one place above on the creek that I could get for $1,500.00 there is 95 A. in place and about 60 A. in cultivation- This country is bound to be a fast country and that before long. We are all at J. G. 's. how is mother now. This leaves us all well Write soon to Alvord us before.
