Research Note: Daughter of William and Gladys (Upshall) Sinclair. She was the oldest, having survived one brother. Margaret was united in marriage to Stanley Arthur William Hall, in Mar. of 1952, and welcomed two sons and a daughter, Beverly, who passed away in 2007. Margaret and Stanley were married for 21 years until his passing in 1973. Margaret moved to America in 1975. She worked for the Salt Lake City Hospital, as a sterilization technician. Margaret married Samuel Hurlbut in Aug. of 1983; he passed in 2005. Margaret was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she especially enjoyed serving as a Temple worker. Family was everything to her and her loving and nurturing soul will be sorely missed. He became a Christian at the age of 18 years. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Turner August 18, 1882. To this union three sons were born, two of whom died in infancy. They were Berte Lee and John Henry. His wife, Mary, departed this life April 26, 1936. Survivors include one son George W. Rose of Golden, one sister, Martha J. Boren, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Golden Church, conducted by the Rev. Walter Head. Burial in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of the Culver Funeral Home. She was united in marriage to Burl Weaver, Feb. 1, 1932, and was a devoted wife. She was taken to the Stella hospital on July 26, 1932. Her husband was with her when she passed to join her Savior and her loving sister, Miss Lizzie Davis, who preceded her in death a few years. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Burl Weaver; her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Uriah Davis; four brothers, Frank and Jack of Golden, Jim of Tioga, TX and Jess of Faulkner, KS; four sisters, Mrs. Nettie Phillips and Mrs. Mrs. Elsie Roark of Golden, Mrs. Rosa Book Kuna, of Idaho and Mrs. Mary Bush, Whitesboro, TX, and a host of friends and loved ones. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Walter Head at Liberty Church after which the remains were laid to rest in the Liberty Cemetery near Golden. She was ill only two weeks before her death. She bore her suffering with patience and expressed to her husband her readiness to meet her Savior. - Her husband, Burl Willard Weaver, died 1966, second married Ollie Marie Kemp and they are buried together at Mt. Research Note: She was the daughter of the late William Albert "Bill" Rowley and Miriam Estenith (Porter) Rowley. Sue received her education at St. Mary's Catholic School in Pierce City. She worked for many years at Delta U.S.A., retiring in 2000. Sue was also instrumental in organizing and volunteering time at Oak View State School. She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Liberty United Methodist Church. On January 26, 1958, Sue married Charles T. Weston south of Monett. They were blessed with many wonderful years together until his passing in 2001. Her death certificate is indexed as Wilkin by the Secretary of State's office. Death certificate has the child born in Sept. of 1918 and dying in April of 1918. Research Note: Civil War veteran. - Notes at findagrave.com - Marcus Lafayette Wilkins was the son of John F. Wilkins and Sarah Jane Beam. He married Martha Tabitha Anderson, the daughter of Ensley Benton Anderson and Mary Ann Blackwell, on September 24, 1865, in Gilmer County, Georgia. They had eight children: William, Mary, Nancy, John, Joseph, Robert, Floyd, and James. During the Civil War, he enlisted on July 22, 1861, at Forsyth County, Georgia as a private in D Company, 2nd Battalion, North Carolina Infantry, CSA. On April 11, 1864, he was transferred to E Company, 21st Georgia Infantry Regiment, CSA. He was captured at the Battle of Roanoke Island (Fort Huger) and later paroled, and he was captured at the Battle of Gettysburg and remained as a POW until paroled for exchange on February 18, 1865, at Pea Patch Island, Delaware City, Delaware. After the war, he moved to Arkansas where he farmed in Madison and Benton Counties. He later moved to the Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory and eventually moved to Golden, Barry County, Missouri, where he died. - His wife, Martha, second married Simeon Perry.
