Research Note: Glenn Everett Tucker, age 77, of Cassville, died yesterday, June 6, 2007, at his home. He was born October 13, 1929, in Eagle Rock, the son of Everett and Theo (James) Tucker. He was a 1947 graduate of Cassville High school. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He attended Michigan State Police Academy and was a highway patrolman for 36 years. He moved to Cassville four years ago. He married Syble Dees in 1953 in Angola, Indiana, and she preceded him in death September 3, 1970. He was preceded in death by his second wife, Nadine; his step-mother, Harriet Tucker; one brother, Rollie Tucker; one sister, Mary Shoemaker; two sisters in infancy; one step-brother, J. W. Patton; and one step-sister, Evelyn Reed. Burial with military honors will be in Horner Cemetery in Cassville. | Monett Times Donna Cooper |
