Directions: Take State Highway 76 west out of Exeter to Farm Road 1045. Turn south and go to a "T". At the T (Farm Road 2190), turn right, or west. Take 2190 to Farm Road 1025 and turn south, or left. Follow 1025 for a mile or two and you will come to the front end of the property, and this neat entrance.

Research Note: He was the son of Fred Benbo and Helen (Johnson) Brooks. On November 2, 2008, he was united in marriage to Michelle Keyes in Surprise, Arizona. Mr. Benbo had a profound love for the Lord; he was always sharing God's word and reaching out to others with the truth. He ran The Breath of Life Men's Ministry; an email ministry sharing with other's the importance of health principals. Mr. Benbo also supported the Arizona Davidian Fellowship group and ran a fellowship group in Arizona. He was a member of the Davidian Seventh-day Adventist Association in Exeter. Mr. Benbo enjoyed cooking for friends and family. He owned and operated Rooten Tooten Gluten where he became famous locally for his barbeque gluten. He also was the owner and operator of Refreshed Cleaning and Maintenance Services. Mr. Benbo was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Mitchell Triche; and one sister, Jean Benbo. Research Note: She was the daughter of Abdool and Saknut (Khan) Rohoman. In 1955, she was united in marriage to Martin James Bingham, who preceded her in death on August 1, 1988. Also preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters (Ruby and Kai), two brothers (Abdool and Sheik), and her first daughter, Desiree. Jemmy Bingham grew up in Guyana and received her education in Trinidad at what was then known as the Caribbean Training College. Since 1954, she was a missionary worker and minister for the Davidian Seventh-day Adventist Association. After living with her family in California for fifteen years, she moved to Missouri, in 1970, when the Association relocated to Exeter. She became president of the Association in 1988 on the death of her husband, M. J. Bingham, and continued her work in that capacity to the day she passed away. - Jay's Note: The name Basham Hill is based on a Biblical reference. It was part of the Davidic Kingdom around 1000 B.C., known for its oak trees. Daughter of Abdool and Saknut (Khan) Rohoman. Married to Martin Bingham in 1955. Research Note: He married on December 5, 1955, in Georgetown, British Guiana, and she survives. He lived in California for over 25 years before moving to Texas, where he worked for the Universal Publishing Association as an assistant editor. He moved to the Basham Hill community in 1970 and became president of the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventist Association and the editor-in-chief of the Universal Publishing Association. Additional survivors include three sons, all of the Basham Hill community; one brother of La Mesa, California; and one grandchild. Monett Times

Research Note: Son of Joe Lewis and Dorothy (Holly) Crabb. On Oct. 14, 1994 in New York, New York he was united in marriage to Bonnie Lou Stanley, who survives. Also surviving are two sons; two sisters; one niece and seven nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents and three brothers, Robert Crabb, Oscar Crabb and Franklin Crabb. Joe grew up in New York, New York and attended school at Patrick Junior High School and Julia Richmond High School in New York from where he graduated. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. Upon returning home he was employed by New York Health and Hospital Corporation as a computer operator for 25 years. Joe enjoyed being outdoors in the sunshine and gardening. Research Note: Daughter of Sibangiso Ndlovu and Matama Mather Moyo. On June 30, 1976 in Umzingwane, Zimbabwe, she was united in marriage to Henry Dube, who preceded her in death on Apr. 9, 2004. Also preceding her in death were her parents. Surviving her are two sons; two daughters; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Jane attended primary school in Umzingwane, and some secondary school in Lower Gwelo Adventist High School. After graduating from secondary school, she attended Gweru Teacher's College for her teacher training and was employed by the Ministry of Education in Zimbabwe. She later attended Trinity College in the United States, attaining a bachelor's degree in pastoral ministry and teaching. She immigrated to the United States in 2000 and settled in Niles, Michigan, where she lived for 20 years. In 2020 she relocated to Exeter, Missouri.
